| 摘 要： | 通过静注心律平对心脏的急性效应,观察了54例受检者给药前后体表心电图的变化。结果显示,心律平可显著延长P—R间期及QRS间期(P<0.01),并轻度延长QTc间期(P<0.05),对R—R间期及JTc间期则影响较小,表明心律平对房室传导及心室肌除极有明显抑制作用。

| Abstract: | Through the acute effect of propafenone on the heart, the changes of electrocardiogram of body surface were observed before and after the intravenous injection of propafenone in 54 cases. The results showed that propafenone could obviously prolong P-R and QRS intervals(P<0.01) and lightly extend QTc interval (P<0.05) , but there was less effect on R-R and JTc intervals, The reaults 6how that propafenone has the obvious effect of inhibition on both atrioventricular conduction and ventricular depolarization. |
