379例腺病毒3型急性呼吸道感染症临床流行病学研究

目的 探讨腺病毒3型所致轻型急性呼吸道感染症临床流行病学特点。方法 对收治住院的379例轻型急性呼吸道感染症患者进行病因和流行病学调查，分析临床诊疗特点。结果 该病的潜伏期为2～12d；主要临床表现有发热、咽痛、咳嗽、咽部充血和扁桃体肿大等。经PCR检测及序列分析和细胞分离培养鉴定病原体为腺病毒3型。经抗感染、抗病毒等综合治疗后全部治愈。结论 此次疫情是由腺病毒3型引起的轻型急性呼吸道感染症暴发，但临床特征符合急性上呼吸道感染。

Clinical epidemiological study of 379 patients with adenovirus type 3 acute respiratory infection syndrome

Objective To study the clinical and epidemic characteristics of adenovirus(Ad) type 3 light acute respiratory infection syndrome.Methods We collected and analyzed clinical and epidemic feature of 379 patientes with Ad type 3 light acute respiratory infection syndrome.Results The incubation period ranged from 2 to 12 days.The most common manifestations were fever,pharyngalgia,cough,throat hyperemia,and amygdalae tumefaction.By PCR assay,virus isolation and neutralization with type-specific antisera were validated infections by Ad type 3.All cases were cured by integration therapy with sensitive antibacterial and antivirus drugs.Conclusion The outbreaks of light(acute) respiratory infection syndrome in this group were caused by Ad type 3,and clinical features were accorded with acute respiratory infection.
