| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肾盂输尿管连接部(UPJ)梗阻的手术治疗方法。方法 31例均采用离断性肾盂成形术，术中置带孔硅胶管或双J管引流，2-3周拔除引流管，3-6个月复查。结果 31例手术均获成功，IVU检查肾盂积水好转，吻合口通畅。结论 离断性肾盂成形术是治疗UPJ梗阻的有效方法，使用有引流作用的支架管可减少再狭窄的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the operative treatment of ureteropelvic junction(UPJ) obstruction.Methods 31 cases of team of UPJ obstruction had place silica gel tube of the holes or double-J tube intraoperatively during anderson hynes pyeloplasty,the drainage tube being removed on cystoscopy 2-3 weeks after operation.The outcome was evaluated ultrasonography or intravenous pelviureterography 3-6 months postopertively.Results The hydronephrosis was successfully relieved in the 31 cases.It was showed by IVU that the anastomosis site in all the cases was smooth.Conclusion Anderson-hynes preloplasty is on effective procedure for the treatment of UPJ obstruction.The support tube that it is intraoperatively us can reduce the chance of the restricture. |
