同种异体骨笼在颈椎的应用评价

目的：探讨骨笼在颈椎疾患中的应用价值。方法：对完成骨笼植入的19例颈椎疾病患者进行随访，观察患者术后1周及1、2、3、6个月的椎间隙高度的变化，进行功能评定，结果：随访17例，随访时间平均13个月，病变间隙术后获得即时的稳定，椎间隙高度术后即时增高，但术后1、2、3个月有丢失，3个月后丢失停止，功能评定：14例中13例优良，另3例外伤性截瘫者神经功能有改善。无骨笼脱出移位的并发症，结论骨笼是治疗颈椎疾病的良好选择，但骨笼骨充分地植骨和早期制动是获得良好效果的关键。

Assessment of allograft threaded fusion cage on the cervical diseases

Objective To assess the clinical application of the allograft threaded fusion cage (ATFC) on cervical diseases. Methods 19 cases of cervical disease were treated with anterior decompression combined with ATFC. The clinical result and radiographic outcome were observed through follow up, Meanwhile, the results were evaluated and the height of intervertebral space were measured on the X ray film preoperatively and postoperatively by the interval of 1 week, 1 month, 2 months, 3 months and 6 months. Results 17 cases were followed up for an average of 13 months, The involved intervertebral space were stabilized immediately, a good result of the treatment was gained in 13 cases with cervical syndrome of 14 patients and 3 cases of spinal cord injury also improved. No dislocation or fracture of the ATFC was found. But the height of interspace was diminishing from 1 month through 3 months postoperatively. Conclusion ATFC is a good transplant for cervical disease. It is necessary to fill autograft fully in the cage during the operation and offer enough fixation of the neck postoperatively in order to get a good result of the ATFC.
