| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨高龄食管癌贲门癌的外科治疗经验。方法对我院2001年1月-2006年1月85例高龄食管癌贲门癌外科治疗病例作回顾性分析。结果85例高龄食管癌贲门癌手术切除82例，术后发生并发症30例35％（30／85）。术后1例死于呼吸衰竭，死亡率为1．3％（1／85），1、3、5年生存率为82％（70／85）、51％（42／83）、35％（18／51）。结论高龄食管癌贲门癌手术切除疗效满意。严格选择手术病例，做好围手术期处理，采用个体化术式可最大限度减少术后并发症及死亡率。
