| 摘 要： | 循证医学提倡在临床实践中发现问题，寻找现有的最好证据、评价和综合分析所得证据并正确应用证据以指导疾病的诊断、治疗和预后。临床实习是儿科教学工作的一个重要组成部分。在儿科临床实习带教中引入循证医学，符合现代医学教育的需要，提高了学生分析、解决临床问题的能力，培养了学生的自学能力和创新意识。

| Abstract: | EBM advocates finding problems in clinical practice, searching for the best evidence, appraising and analyzing the acquired evidence comprehensively, and then applying the evidence to direct the diagnosis, therapy and prognosis of diseases. Clinical practice teaching is a most important component of professional education of pediatrics. The application of EBM in clinical practice teaching adjusts the modem medical education request. It could improve the students＇ ability to analyze and solve clinical problems, and cultivate their self-taught skills and innovation ability. |
