CT引导下经皮穿刺化学消融治疗肾上腺醛固酮瘤的临床研究

目的探讨CT引导下经皮穿刺化学消融治疗肾上腺醛固酮瘤的价值。方法利用国产21G三孔针在CT引导下经皮穿刺化学消融治疗肾上腺醛固酮瘤6例,术后复查CT,观察治疗前后血压、血钾和血醛固酮的变化。结果6例肾上腺瘤患者的瘤径均<2cm,术后分次复查瘤体缩小,仅残留少许瘢痕组织。5例患者血压于术后5~7d降至正常;1例患者逐渐减少降压药物用量,术后第28天降至正常。所有病人血钾术后5~10d升至正常,血醛固酮于术后5~7d降至正常。结论CT引导下经皮穿刺化学消融治疗肾上腺醛固酮瘤是一种弥散程度高、创伤小、操作简便及费用少的介入方法。

Clinical Research of Percutaneous Chemoablation Therapy of Adrenal Aldosteronoma under CT -guided

Objective To investigate the efficacy of percutaneous chemoablation therapy for adrenal aldosteronoma under CT-guided. Methods The percutaneous chemoablation under CT-guided was performed in 6 patients with adrenal aldosteronoma using domestically made 21G three-way needle. CT scan was done for follow-up after operation. Blood pressure, serum aldosterone, kalium, and tumor volume before and after therapy was measured.Results All 6 aldosteronomas in 6 patients were smaller than 2cm in diameter before therapy, while they showed gradual decrease in volume after the procedure during follow-up. Blood pressure became normal in 5 days after therapy in 5 patients,one patient received gradually decreased dose of depressor and blood pressure returned to normal in 28th day after therapy. Serum kalium elevated to normal during 5 to 10 days after therapy, while serum aldosterone decreased to normal range during 5 to 7 days postoperatively. Conclusion The percutaneous chemoablation of adrenal aldosteronoma is a cost-effective, less invasive and easily controlled interventional procedure with excellent diffusion.
