| 摘 要： | 为了观察活体亲属肾移植的效果，对16例活体亲属肾移植供受体的术前准备、取肾方式及术后用药、恢复情况进行观察及随访。16例亲属供者术后均恢复良好，随访1mo-4a无手术并发症及肾功能异常改变。15例受者分别于术后2—4d血肌酐降至正常水平，15—22d痊愈出院，1例术后发生超急性排斥反应而切除移植肾。15例随访至今无急性排斥反应及肾功能异常。

| Abstract: | To observe the effects of living related renal transplantation, preparations before the operation, methods of getting the kidney, medication after the operation and recovery of 16 cases of its donors and receptors we visited were observed. As a result, 16family donors were recovered well. No complications or kidney dis function occurred in 1mo-4a. Serum creatinine of 15 receptors was lowered down to the normal 2-4d after the operation and they were recovered and discharged in 15-22d. Transplanted kidney of one case of hyperacute rejection was cut off Till now, no acute rejection or disfunction has happened to the 15 cases visited. |
