老年结石性急性胆囊炎86例手术治疗分析

目的总结老年结石性急性胆囊炎手术治疗经验。方法回顾分析86例老年结石性急性胆囊炎临床特点，围手术期处理，手术时机、方式及疗效。结果35例急诊手术、29例早期手术、22例择期手术。术式有开腹胆囊切除术、胆囊切除＋胆总管切开术、腹腔镜胆囊切除术、胆囊造瘘术、部分胆囊切除术、胆囊切开取石术。85例痊愈，1例死于急性心肌梗死。结论根据老年患者临床特点选择恰当手术时机、方式同时加强围手术期处理。

The operative treatment of aged calculus acute cholecystitis

Objective To evaluate the operative treatment of aged calculus acute cholecystitis. Methods The clinical character, the operative timing and way and effect, the perioperative cares were reviewed in 86 cases with aged calculus acute cholecystitis. Results 35 cases were emergently operated,29cases by early operations,221ate operations. The ways include laparocholecystomomy, cholecystectomy plus choledochenclysis, laparoscopic cholecystectomy, cholecysostomy, part-cholecystectomy, cholelithotomy. 85 cases were cured. One case died of acute myocardial infarction. Conclusion According to clinical character, select timing and way appropriately and strengthen perioperative cares.
