| 摘 要： | 目的 建立全血血小板膜糖蛋白粘附受体的流式细胞术检测法并对其进行探讨。方法 比较不同实验条件下血小板膜糖蛋白GPIb-Ix、GPⅡb-Ⅲ．、P-selectin的表达及各种实验要素对它们的影响。结果显示该方法简便快速,灵敏度高,特异性好,所用样品量少,且减少血小板的人为活化。结论 流式细胞木是血小板膜糖蛋白粘附分子检测的一个新方法。
