| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnI)、CK-MB浓度并与正常对照组比较。结果:TnI值>3.35μg/L、CK-MB>24U/L。结论:AMI组cTnI值明显高于正常组,并且AMI组cTnI阳性率明显高于CK-MB阳性率。对诊断AMI有重大临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the examination significance of cTnI in AMI patients.Methods:the degrees of cTnl of 45 AMI patients were examed.Comhine them with those of the normal controls. Results: cTnI> 3.35μg/L、CK-MB > 24U/L. Conclusion: The degrees of cTnI of the AMI group are more higher than those of the normal controls. In the AMI group, the male rate of cTnI is more higher that of CK-MB. The examination of cTnI has clinical value in the diagnosis of AMI. |
