| 摘 要： | 本文应用TMB-酶联免疫吸附试验(TMB-ElISA)对380例连续受检的病人血清中的特异性抗核抗体进行了检查。结果显示ANA与抗DNP,抗ECA及抗DNA的符合率为70％。SLE的阳性率为100％,而且抗体效价高。其它疾患的阳性率在40～54％,再障患者几乎无显著阳性病例。TMB-ELISA方法操作简便、灵敏度高,不需特殊设备,可以目测,有利于推广。可为自身免疫病的诊断提供依据。

| Abstract: | A study in detecting anti-DNP, anti-ECA, and anti-DNA antibodies in 380 consecutive patients with SLE, nephritis, arthritis, thrombocytopenia, neutrocyto-penia, fever of unknown etc. by TMB-micro-ELISA method has been performed. Results showed that the coincidence ratio between ANA and special ANA assay is 70%. The positive rate in SLE is 100%, in other kinds of deseases are 40-54% except aplastic anemia in which no one is positive. TMB-micro-ELISA is a simple, sensitive immuno-logic method to be easy to application and dissemination without the necessary of valuable instrument. |
