RP-HPLC法测定心可宁胶囊中人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1的含量

目的：建立RP-HPLC法测定心可宁胶囊中人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1含量的方法。方法：采用Shimadzu VP-ODS（4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm）色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水（采用梯度洗脱的方式：0～40 min,19%乙腈;40～90 min,19%～45%乙腈）,检测波长为203 nm。结果：人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1的线性范围分别为0.04～0.12、0.08～0.24 mg/ml;平均加样回收率分别为99.87%、99.71%。结论：本法简便、准确、分离效果好,适合于心可宁胶囊人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1的含量测定。

Content determination of Ginseng Soap glucoside Rg1, Ginseng Soap glucoside Rb1 in Xinkening Capsules by RP-HPLC

Objective： To establish a method for quantitative determination of Ginseng Soap glucoside Rg1 and Ginseng Soap glucoside Rg1 in Xinkening Capsules by RP-HPLC.Methods： The Shimadzu VP-ODS（4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm） column was used.The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile and water at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min（gradient elution 0-40 min,acetonitrile 19%;40-90 min,acetonitrile19%-45%）.The wavelength of UV detector was 203 nm.Results： The linear ranges of Ginseng Soap glucoside Rg1 and Ginseng Soap glucoside Rb1 were 0.04-0.12,0.08-0.24 mg/g,respectively.The average recoveries were 99.87%,99.71%,respectively.Conclusion： This method is sensitive,repeatable and suitable to determine the contents of Ginseng Soap glucoside Rg1 and Ginseng Soap glucoside Rb1 in Xinkening Capsules.
