血清甘氨酰脯氨酸二肽氨基肽酶对胃癌诊断价值的探讨

目的 探讨血清甘氨酰脯氨酸二肽氨基肽酶（GPDA）对胃癌的诊断价值。方法 采用速率法在OLYMPUS AU－1000全自动生化分析仪上对31例胃癌术前患者，27例胃切除术后患者，30例胃良性疾病患者及30名正常人进行了血清GPDA的活性测定，对31例胃癌术前患者与27例胃切除术后患者GPDA的含量进行了对比分析。结果 显示GPDA对胃癌的诊断敏感性为71．0％，特异性达93．3％。肿瘤病灶去除后，GPDA活力有升高趋势。结论 GPDA活力测定在胃癌的诊断、普查筛选及术后随访中有一定的实用价值。

The significance of serum glycyl proline dipeptidyl aminopeptidase determination in gastric cancer patient

Objective To observe the diagnositic value of glycyl proline dipeptidyl aminopeptidase (GPDA) in gastric cancer. Method GPDA activities in 31 patients with gastric cancer before surgery, 27 patients of gastric cancer after surgery, 30 patients of benign gastric disease and 30 normal people were tested by rate method assays with OLYMPUS AU 1000 instrument. Results Results showed that the diagnositic sensitivity of GPDA was 71.0%, GPDA activities trended to rise after the tumor was removed. Conclusion GPDA assay not only had practical value in the diagnosis and screening of the gastric cancer, but also had practical value in following up the gastric cancer patients after surgery.
