医院大规模基建项目建设管理经验浅谈

作为医院的基建管理部门，在项目多、任务重、标准高、工期短的情况下，如何确保又好又快推进工程建设，是当前值得深入研究的一项管理课题。本文主要以医院建设实际案例为基础，对短期内多个工程项目平行展开的情况下，如何更新管理理念、创新管理模式，确保规划高起点、设计高水平、建设高速度、工程高质量、投资高效益的建设目标作了简要分析，对医院大规模基建经验及规律进行了初步探索。
