荷丹片联合阿托伐他汀对颈动脉粥样硬化患者炎性细胞因子的干预影响

目的 探讨荷丹片联合阿托伐他汀对颈动脉粥样硬化患者的治疗作用及对炎性细胞因子的干预影响.方法 选取60例颈动脉粥样硬化患者,随机分为对照组和观察组.对照组给予阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加服荷丹片,两组患者均给药6个月.观察两组患者治疗前后血清三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、颈动脉内膜-中膜厚度(IMT)、颈动脉斑块面积,炎性标记物包括高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素10(IL-10)、基质金属蛋白酶3(MMP-3).结果 治疗6个月,两组患者TG、LDL-C、TC水平较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),HDL-C水平明显升高(P<0.05),IMT、斑块面积均较治疗前减小(P<0.05),而观察组的TG、TC、LDL-C水平较对照组降低更明显(P<0.05),HDL-C水平较对照组升高(P<0.05),IMT、斑块面积均较对照组明显减小(P<0.05).炎性细胞因子IL-6、hs-CRP、MMP-3,观察组比对照组下降更明显(P<0.05),而IL-10观察组较对照组升高更明显(P<0.05).结论 荷丹片联合阿托伐他汀对颈内动脉粥样硬化患者有较好的作用,并具有较好的抗炎作用.

The Intervention Effect of Hedan Tablet Combined with Atorvastatin on Cytokine in Carotid Atherosclerosis

Objective To investigate the intervention effect of Hedan tablet combined with atorvastatin on the carotid atherosclerotic plaque and cytokine in patients(pts) with carotid atherosclerosis.Methods Sixty pts with carotid atherosclerosis were randomized divided into control group(n=32) treated with atorvastatin and observation group(n=28) treated with atorvastatin plus Hedan tablet for 6 months.Before and after treatment the serum triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein C(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein C(HDL-C),interleukine-6(IL-6),interleukine10(IL-10) and the matrix metalloproteinase-3(MMP-3),high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),carotid intima-media thickness(IMT) and area of atherosclerotic clots were determined.Results After the treatment the levels of TG,TC,LDL-C,IL-6,hs-CRP,MMP-3,IMT,area of atherosclerotic clots were significantly lower than that before the treatment(P<0.05) in control group and observation group.The decreasing degrees of these indices were more significant in observation group than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment the serum IL-10 was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).The increasing degrees of the indices were more significant in observation group than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hedan tablet combined with atorvastatin was effective for carotid atherosclerosis.
