高效液相色谱法测定厄贝沙坦胶囊中厄贝沙坦的含量

目的 建立厄贝沙坦胶囊中厄贝沙坦的含量测定方法.方法 色谱柱:Dianmonsil C18柱；流动相:乙腈-0.02％磷酸二氢钾溶液(用磷酸调至pH2.8 )45:55；检测波长:245 run;流速:1.0 ml· min-1.结果 厄贝沙坦线性范围为12.58～125.80μg·ml-1,相关系数r=0.9999,回收率为98.3％,相对标准偏差(RSD)为 1.00％.结论 所建立的高效液相色谱法简便、可靠、重现性较好,能起到控制厄贝沙坦胶囊中厄贝沙坦含量的作用.

Determination of irbesartan content in Irbesartan Capsule by HPLC

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of irbesartan content in Irbesartan Capsules.Methods The irbesartan content was determined by the HPLC method,using the Dianmonsil C18 column,acetonitrile-0.02 mol·l-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution(adjusted to pH 2.8 with phosphoric acid)(45:55) as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 245 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1.Results The linear range of irbesartan was 12.58-125.80 μg·ml-1,the correlation coefficient r was 0.999 9.The average recovery was 98.3% with RSD 1.00%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate with good repeatability,which can be used for controlling the content of irbesartan in Irbesartan Capsules.
