| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨股骨头缺血坏死(avascular necrosis of femoral head,ANFH)早期影像学诊断与介入及康复疗法.方法 52例(64髋)ANFH采用Selding's技术经股动脉插管超选择留置导管在旋股内、旋股外及闭孔动脉持续动脉内药物灌注治疗.术后康复治疗、生活指导1～12个月.结果 52例均经临床3～48个月随访,临床症状改善率90.6％.结论 对ANFH患者进行早期诊断、早期治疗,疗效满意,术后康复指导是确保取得治疗效果的必要措施.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the imaging diagnosis of avascular necrosis of femoral head(ANFH) in earlier period and interventional and rehabilitation therapy.Methods 52 cases(64 hips) of ANFH were treated with continuative administration of medicines through indwelling catheter in lateral femoral circumflex and medial femoral circumflex artery and obturator arteriae using Seldinger technique.Postoperative rehabilitation care and living direction persisted for 1-12 months.Results All patients were followed up for 3-48 months.The improvement rate of clinical symptoms was 90.6%.Conclusion Early diagnosis and early treatment in ANFH have satisfactory effects and the postoperative rehabilitation guidance is the necessary measure to ensure the therapeutic efficacy. |
