摘    要:正畸矫治力的作用时间对牙移动和牙槽骨改建的速度有直接影响,国内外许多学者对此进行了研究。该文就持续力和间歇力对牙移动速度、牙周膜牙槽骨改建和牙体应力反应的影响作一简要综述。选择合适的正畸加力方式,有助于临床医师有效控制牙移动,缩短正畸疗程。

Abstract:The continuous time of orthodontic force has direct influence on the rate of tooth movement and alveolar bone remodeling.Accelerating the tooth movement and shortening the time of therapy are what orthodontists expect,so more and more investigators are paying attention to the research on the orthodontic force pattern.This review focused on the influence of constant force and intermittent force on the rate of tooth movement,alveolar bone remodeling and root resorption.The optimal orthodontic force pattern has vital role on accelerating the tooth movement and protecting the dental and periodontal tissues.
