| 摘 要： | 对4例因肾动脉狭窄引起恶性高血压妇女的自体肾脏移植进行了3年以上的随访,其中两例已8年之久,血压全部恢复到正常范围,并且排泄性肾盂造影显示了正常功能和解剖形态。2例女青年术后结婚,并且无任何并发病足月生了孩子。2例术后3个月高血压复发,其中1例动脉造影显示动脉吻合处狭窄,可是术后6～8个月血压又全恢复了正常。

| Abstract: | Four female patients of renal autotransplantation for renal artery stenosis with malignant hypertension had been followed for more than three years,with two of them,for 8 years.Their blood pressure had all returned
to normal function and analomical configurations.Two girls got married postoperatively and had all given full-term babies without complications.In two cases,hypertension recurred around the third postoperative month and one of them showed constriction at the anastomotic site on aortography.Their blood presure bad all returned to normal on 5-6 wonth. |
