金荞麦中原花青素B2和表儿茶素在人工胃肠液中的含量变化

目的：研究金荞麦中原花青素B₂和表儿茶素在人工胃肠液中的含量变化，为金荞麦的体内物质基础研究提供依据。方法：采用HPLC测定金荞麦提取液中原花青素B₂和表儿茶素在人工胃液和人工肠液中的含量变化。结果：原花青素B₂和表儿茶素在酸性的人工胃液中含量随时间延长明显增加，胃蛋白酶对原花青素B₂和表儿茶素的含量影响不大。原花青素B₂和表儿茶素在人工肠液NE（无胰蛋白酶）中含量增加，胰酶能够降低原花青素B₂和表儿茶素的含量，对原花青素B₂含量影响尤为明显。结论：酸性的人工胃液是引起金荞麦提取液中原花青素B₂和表儿茶素含量上升的主要原因，胰酶与原花青素B₂和表儿茶素发生结合是降低原花青素B₂和表儿茶素的含量的主要原因。

Changes of Procyanidin B2 and Epicatechin of Fagopyri Dibotryis Rhizoma in Artificial Gastric Juice and Artificial Intestinal Juice

Objective: To study the changes of procyanidin B₂ and epicatechin in artificial gastric juice and artificial intestinal juice. Method: The content of procyanidin B₂ and epicatechin in artificial gastric juice and artificial intestinal juice was determined by HPLC. Result: The content of procyanidin B₂ and epicatechin in the acidic artificial gastric juice increased significantly with time,and the pepsin had little effect on them.The content of procyanidin B₂ and epicatechin in artificial intestinal juice without trypsin also increased,and the trypsin could reduce the content and had some effect on procyanidin B₂. Conclusion: Acidic artificial gastric juice may be the main reason for the increased content of procyanidins B₂and epicatechin in the Fagopyri Dibotryis Rhizoma extraction,and the binds of pancreatin and procyanidin B₂ and epicatechin may be the main reason of the reduced content.
