金荞麦中原花青素B2和表儿茶素在人工胃肠液中的含量变化

摘    要:目的:研究金荞麦中原花青素B2和表儿茶素在人工胃肠液中的含量变化,为金荞麦的体内物质基础研究提供依据。方法:采用HPLC测定金荞麦提取液中原花青素B2和表儿茶素在人工胃液和人工肠液中的含量变化。结果:原花青素B2和表儿茶素在酸性的人工胃液中含量随时间延长明显增加,胃蛋白酶对原花青素B2和表儿茶素的含量影响不大。原花青素B2和表儿茶素在人工肠液NE(无胰蛋白酶)中含量增加,胰酶能够降低原花青素B2和表儿茶素的含量,对原花青素B2含量影响尤为明显。结论:酸性的人工胃液是引起金荞麦提取液中原花青素B2和表儿茶素含量上升的主要原因,胰酶与原花青素B2和表儿茶素发生结合是降低原花青素B2和表儿茶素的含量的主要原因。

Abstract:Objective: To study the changes of procyanidin B2 and epicatechin in artificial gastric juice and artificial intestinal juice. Method: The content of procyanidin B2 and epicatechin in artificial gastric juice and artificial intestinal juice was determined by HPLC. Result: The content of procyanidin B2 and epicatechin in the acidic artificial gastric juice increased significantly with time,and the pepsin had little effect on them.The content of procyanidin B2 and epicatechin in artificial intestinal juice without trypsin also increased,and the trypsin could reduce the content and had some effect on procyanidin B2. Conclusion: Acidic artificial gastric juice may be the main reason for the increased content of procyanidins B2and epicatechin in the Fagopyri Dibotryis Rhizoma extraction,and the binds of pancreatin and procyanidin B2 and epicatechin may be the main reason of the reduced content.
