256层螺旋CT血管成像评价面动脉解剖

目的获得面动脉的活体临床解剖学资料,为涉及面动脉的临床应用提供活体解剖依据。方法选择头颈部CT血管成像、无头颈部占位性病变100例受检者、200条面动脉的图像进行回顾性分析。分析目标主要观察面动脉的起源、终止、管径等。结果面动脉起源Ⅰ型140条,占70%;Ⅱ型40条,占20%;Ⅲ型20条,占10%;Ⅳ型0条,占0%。面动脉起始点水平到颈动脉分叉水平距离:左侧(18.9+8.9)mm、右侧(19.1±8.4)mm。面动脉起始部管径:左侧(2.8±0.5)mm、右侧(2.9±0.5)mm。结论面动脉在CTA上能清楚地显示,并能获得生理状态下的解剖学资料。

Evaluation of the anatomy of the facial artery by MSCTA

Objective To obtain the clinical anatomy data of living facial artery and to provide the radiologic anatomy data of the facial artery for clinical application concerning about the facial artery. Methods CTA examinations of the carotid artery were performed on 100 patients who did not have occupied diseases in the head and neck region, and 200 images of the facial artery were analyzed retrospectively to observe the origin, ending, diameter of the facial artery and so on. Results The origin type of the facial arteries were as follows： type Ⅰ was 140, accounting for 70%, type Ⅱ was 40（20%）, type Ⅲ was 20（10%）, and type Ⅳ was 0（0%. The distance from the origin of the facial artery to the bifurcation of the common carotid artery was （18.9±8.9） mm （left）, （19. 1±8.4） mm （right）. The diameter of the facial arteries＇s origion was （2.8±0.5） mm （left）, （2.9±0.5） mm （right）. Conclusion The facial artery can be clearly shown in CTA and the anatomy data in physiological condition of the facial artery could be obtained.
