肝囊肿置管引流及硬化治疗术中的影像导引作用的比较

目的 比较肝囊肿置管引流及硬化治疗术中的CT导引与B超导引作用.方法 CT导引下穿刺肝囊肿置管引流及硬化治疗26例,B超导引下87例.结果 CT导引下共穿刺53个囊肿,穿刺次数132次,硬化治疗失败5个囊肿(10.1％),B超导引下共穿刺231个囊肿,穿刺次数267次,硬化治疗失败5个囊肿(2.1％),两组失败率差异有统计学意义(x2=39.6875,P＜0.05).结论 肝囊肿置管引流及硬化治疗术的影像导引技术,B超导引较CT导引更准确、实时直观、成功率高、损伤更少、更经济方便等.

Comparative study of the effect in the therapy of Hepatic Cysts by image-guided percutaneous catheter dralnage and sclerotherapy

Objective To compare the image guided effect between CT and Ultrasound for percutaneous catheter drainage and sclerothcrapy in the treatment of hepatic cysts. Methods 26 patients with hepatic cysts underwent percutaneous catheter drainage and sclerotherapy by CT guided. 87 cases underwent pereutaneous catheter drainage and selerotherapy by Ultrasound guided. Results 53 cysts underwent percutaneous puncture with 132 times by CT guided,and 5 cysts underwent selerotherapy were failed （10. 1% ）. 231 cysts underwent percutaneous puncture with 267 times by Ultrasound guided, and 5 cysts underwent sclerotherapy were failed （2.1% ）. The failed rate of the two groups had statistifieally significant difference （ χ2 = 39. 6875,P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion In the image guided technique for percutaneous catheter drainage and selerotherapy in the treatment of hepatic cysts, Ultrasound had more advantages,high accuracy, real time visual,high success rate,less damage,economy and convenience than CT.
