微波对慢性牙周炎病人龈沟液中天冬氨酸转氨酶的影响

目的观察慢性牙周炎患者龈沟液中天冬氨酸转氨酶（aspartate aminotransferase，AST）在牙周基础治疗结合微波治疗后的变化。方法20例患者左侧为实验组，采用牙周基础治疗结合微波治疗；右侧为对照组，做牙周基础治疗，治疗后2周，用滤纸条在牙周袋内取龈沟液，每侧取68位点，检查牙周指数、龈沟液量及用全自动生化分析仪测定龈沟液AST水平。结果基础治疗结合微波治疗2周后，牙周各指数、龈沟液量及AST水平较单纯的基础治疗组显著改善（P〈0.01）。结论微波辅助牙周治疗可降低慢性牙周炎病人龈沟液中的AST水平，对牙周炎有一定的治疗作用。

The influence of microwave on aspartate aminotransferase (AST) in gingival crevicular fluid patients with chronic periodontitis

Objective To observe the change of aspartate aminotransferase （AST）in gingival crevicular fluid （GCF） of patients with chronic periodontitis after basic periodontal therapy combined with microwave. Methord Gingival crevicular fluid was sampled with filter strips by inter-pocket method from 68 sites in one side of 20 patients after basic periodontal therapy plus microwave therapy, and at the same time GCF was sampled from 68 sites in the other side after basic periodontal therapy, which served as control. The level of AST was measured by automatic biochemistry analyzer. Results The level of AST after basic therapy plus microwave was decreased （ p 〈 0.01 ） compared with that of the control and clinical criterion was obviously improved. Conclusion Microwave therapy could decrease the level of AST in chronic periodontitis patientsand helpful in the treatment of periodontisis.
