| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨MRI在立体定向毁损术治疗帕金森病(PD)的价值。方法:回顾性分析105例PD病人采用MRI导向法，利用MRI影像学解剖定位，确定有无漂移及临床随访效果。结果:MRI导向术治疗PD有效率达94．2％，死亡1例，非MRI导向误差引起、无明显漂移。结论:MRI导向下进行功能性手术，安全、可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the treatment of Parkinson's disease by nucleus lesion with MRI guided stereotaxy.Methods We have retrospectively analyzed 105 patients with Parkinson's disease.The treatment was assisted by MRI guiding and MR imaging for the anatomical location.We tried to ascertain whether there was shifting during the procedure,and in the meantime,making a follow up clinical study.Results The efficacy ratio for MRI guided stereotaxy to treat Parkinson's disease was 94.2%.Only one patient died,but not from the MRI-guided error.During the procedure,there was no shifting.Conclusion The functional surgery with MRI guiding was a safe,reliable method. |
