| 摘 要： | 目的:了解炎症性肠病药物遗传学的现状,为该类药物在临床的合理应用提供参考。方法:查阅国内外近期相关文献对炎症性肠病治疗药物包括硫唑嘌呤/6-巯基嘌呤、柳氮磺胺吡啶和5-氨基水杨酸盐、肾上腺皮质激素、抗-TNF单克隆抗体等药物从药物遗传学方面进行分析,讨论药效学和药代动力学因素的相互关系。结果及结论:炎症性肠病作为一种包含多种炎性疾病的混合性疾患,发病和治疗与遗传和环境因素相关密切。炎症性肠病药物遗传学研究的不断深入有助于临床治疗的日趋完善。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To investigate status quo of pharmacogenetics of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), in order to provide some references for rational use of such kinds of drugs in the clinic. METHODS: By looking up recent pertinent literatures at home and abroad, pharmacogenetics of the drugs for treatment of ibd including azamun/6-purinethiol, sulfasalazine and 5-aminosalicylate, adrenal cortex hormone and anti-TNF monoclonal antibody was analyzed, the correlation between pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics was discussed. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: IBD is a combined disease containing multiple inflammatory diseases, its onset and treatment are closely related to heredity and environment. Unceasing deepening of the study of pharmacogenetics of IBD conduces to gradual perfection of clinical treatment. |
