| 摘 要： | 目的通过尼卡地平在小儿体外循环手术的应用,观察其对复温速度的影响及控制血压的效果。方法40例先天性心脏病手术患儿分为A、B两组,A组手术中不应用尼卡地平,B组于体外循环开始时静脉维持应用尼卡地平2-10μg/（kg·min）,并根据血压变化加以调节。结果与A组相比,B组持续输注尼卡地平能在用药5 min后安全、有效地把血压控制在所需水平,且复温快,副作用少（P〈0.05）。结论小儿体外循环手术应用尼卡地平具有复温快,控制血压起效快,停机后心率平稳的作用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE By the application of nicardipine in children＇s extracorporeal circulation（ECC）,to observe its influence on the rewarming time and the effect on blood pressure control.METHODS 40 children with congenital heart disease,who underwent open heart surgery,were classified randomly into two groups,group A went without nicardipine during ECC,while group B continuously infused 2-10 μg/（kg·min） nicardipine during ECC,and the infusing speed was accommodated according the blood pressure.RESULTS Compared to group A,group B can safely and effectively hold blood pressure on a needed level after intervenous drop infusion nicardipine 5 minutes,with less side effect and shorter rewarming time（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION The application of nicardipine during ECC can short rewarming time,quickly control blood pressure with stable heart rate. |
