| Abstract: | By examining Rh(D) antigen during gestation to organize the blood source in advance for the Rh negative pregnant women whom need transfusion during the deliver to guarantee their safe. Through the clinical practice over three years, found this method not only easy but also importance, suggested that it should be popularized in each hospitals. |
