HPLC法测定制痂酊中儿茶素和表儿茶素的含量

目的：建立高效液相色谱法同时测定制痂酊中儿茶素和表儿茶素的含量。方法：色谱柱：Hypersil C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相：2．2％冰醋酸一乙腈（90：10），流速：0．8ml·min^-1，检测波长：280nm，柱温：35℃。结果：儿茶素和表儿茶素分别在0．10～0．80ml·min^-1、0．01—0．20mg·ml。之间呈良好的线性关系，平均回收率分别为101．1％（RSD=0．95％，n=6）和100．2％（RSD=1．90％，n=6）。结论：该方法快速、定量准确，可用于制痂酊的质量控制。

Determination of Catechin and Epicatechin in Medicoscab Tincture by HPLC

Objective ： To establish a method for simultaneous determination of catechin and epicatechin in Medicoscab tincture by HPLC. Method： The column was used Hypersil C18 column（250mm ×4.6mm,5μm）. The mobile phase consisted of 2.2% ace acetum-acetonitrile （90： 10） with the flow rate of 0.8ml·min^-1. The detection wavelength was at 280nm and column temperature was 35 ℃. Result： Good linearities were obtained over the range of 0.10 - 0.80ml·min^-1 for catechin and 0.01 - 0.20ml·min^-1 for epicatechin respectively. The average recoveries of catechin and epicatechin were 101.1% （RSD = 0.95% , n = 6） and 100.2% （RSD --1.90% , n = 6）, respectively. Conclusion： This method is rapid and accurate for the simultaneous analysis of catechin and epicatechin and may provide a way for the quality control for Medicoscab tincture.
