甲状腺功能亢进患者血清酶改变的临床意义

目的 探讨甲状腺功能亢进（下称甲亢）患者血清酶改变的意义。方法 按临床诊断甲亢标准首诊确诊甲亢患者，空腹采血测定血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸（T3）、甲状腺素（T4）、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸、促甲状腺激素、碱性磷酸酶、丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、低密度脂蛋白、谷氨酰转肽酶、肌酸酐磷酸激酶、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶。并选择相应年龄健康者为对照组。结果 甲亢患者血清ALT（3200．47±1576．98）nmol／L、AAT（2．84±0．38）g／L，二者显著高于健康对照组（P〈0．01），与血清T3、T4、反三碘甲状腺原氨酸呈正相关。结论 甲亢患者血清ALP、AAT对甲状腺疾病的代谢紊乱、血清酶异常的鉴别诊断及病情观察有一定意义。

Alteration of sero-enzymes in patients with hyperthyroidism

Objective To investigate the alteration of sero-enzymes in patients with hyperthyroidism. Methods 106 patients with firstly diagnosed by the clinical diagnostic criteria （hyperthyroidism group） and 40 healthy controls （healthy control group） were enrolled in the investigation. Serum total triiodothyronine （T3）, total tetraiodothyronine （T4）, free triiodothyronine （FT3）, thyroid stimulating hormone （TSH）, alkaline phosphatase （ALP）, alanine aminotransferase （ALT）, aspartate aminotransferase （AST）, low-density lipoprotein （LDL）, y-glutamyltransferase （GGT）, creatine phosphokinase （CPK）, α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase （HBDH） were measured for all subjects. Results As compared with that of healthy control group, both serum ALP（3 200.47± 1 576.98 nmol/L） and AAT（2.84±0.38 g/L） were significantly higher in hyperthyroidism group, which were positively correlative to serum T3, T4 and rT3. Conclusion Measurement of serum ALP and AAT contributes to differential diagnosis of metabolic disorder and sero-enzyme abnormality in thyroid diseases.
