云南省学校健康教育效果的初步评价

了解学校健康教育对青少年的影响。方法：用问卷调查法对分层整群随机抽取的８个地区２８年中学的３５９５名青少年作艾滋病、结核病、肝炎、贫血、慢性病知识和烟、酒、运动行为的诊断；并对其作母亲职业、文化程度和社会背景进行调查。结果：青少年对ＡＩＤＳ、ＴＢ及对炎的概念和传播途径的智晓率分别为８９．０１％、６８．２９％、８５．５６％和７６．３８％、７２．４１％、３７．７２％－５９．５５％；了解慢性非传染性疾病

An initial appraisal of school health education in Yunnan province

Objective: To investigate the influence of schcol - based health education on adolaseents' KAB. Methods: A stratified random sample of 3595 adolescents was drawn from the 28 secondary schools in 8 regions. Their knowledge about AIDS, tuberculosis,hepatitis, anemia and other chronic diseases. and their behaviors regarding tobacco and alcohal usel exereise were invesigated. in the meanwhile, occupation and cultural background of their mothers were also investigated. Results: Among the surveyed adolecents, 89.01 %, 68. 29% and 85. 56% knew the concepts of AIDS, tuberculosis and hepatitis. 76. 38% , 72. 41 % and 37. 72~59. 55% knew their routes of transmission respectively. About 81. 42% and 63. 76% of adolescents knew chronic non - contagious diseases and their preventive measures, but only 54. 30% knew the lcading cauas of adolaseent anernia. School seniors were superior to school juniors in knowledge about the diseases; the levels of knowledge were related to the social position of the mothers. The cigarette and alcohol abuses were mere serfous among for students than among girl students. Most girls were lack of exercise. Conclusions: School health education implemented in Yunnan province did still not meet ed of adolescents for health. a school health promotion plan should be developed and improved as soon as possible.
