| 摘 要： | 蝙蝠葛碱对二磷酸腺苷、肾上腺素和胶原诱导的体外血小板聚集有明显的浓度依赖性抑制作用。心血管病患者每日口服本品９００ｍｇ．血小板聚集抑制率达２０％～３０％。临床随机对照试验表明阿斯匹林、蝙蝠葛碱和硝苯吡啶均降低血小板聚集率，其中阿斯匹林、蝙蝠葛碱组的血小板聚集抑制率与对照组比较，其差异有显著性。

| Abstract: | Dauricine is a new antiar rhythmic drug ex racted from rhizoma of menispermum dauricun DC. This paper focuses on its antiplatelet aggregation effects in patients with cardiovascular diseases. Dauricine markedly inhibited the human platelet aggregation induced by ADP,Adr and Coll in vitro vitro in a doae-dependent manner.Inhibition rate of platelet aggregation up to 20%￣30% was reached after oraladmimistration of 300 mg Dau tid for 21 day in patients with coronary heart disease of essential hypertention.The effects of anti-platelet aggregation of dauricine,aspirine and nifedipine were studied in a randomly controlled test with 55 patients with hypercoagulable state.Inhibition rates of platelet aggregation were 24% in aspirine group(P<0. 05 vs control), 19% in Dau group(P<0.05 vs control) and 13% innifedipine group. |
