| 摘 要： | 研究西洋参茎叶皂甙（ＰＱＳ）对应激状态下心肌缺血坏死的保护作用。ｉｇＰＱＳ５０、１００ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１，能明显减少心肌坏死面积，降低血清ＣＫ、ＬＤＨ活性。表明ＰＱＳ具有保护作用。同时ＰＱＳ能降低血清ＦＦＡ水平，减少心肌ＬＰＯ含量。提示其抗心肌缺血作用可能与纠正心肌缺血时ＦＦＡ代谢紊乱及对抗氧自由基引发的脂质过氧化反应有关。

| Abstract: | The present investigation was carried out in myocardial necrosis induced by injecting isogrenaline(2 mg·kg-1 sc once every day for 2d) in rats to observe the protective effect of saponins extracted from stem and leaves of Panax quinquefolium (PQS).It was found that in rats pretreated with PQS(50,100mg·kg-1 ig once every day for 7d) the scope of myocardial necrosis decreased significantly at 24 h after injecting isoprenaline,and the serum CK and LDH activity also decreased slgnificantly; In addition, the levels of serum FFA and myocardial tissue LPO decreased significantly in animals pretreated with PQS.These data suggest that PQS has protective effect on myocardial necrosis induced by isoprenaline in rats. |
