绞股蓝总皂甙对环磷酰胺诱变性的影响

采用已知的化学诱变剂环磷酰胺诱发小鼠微核，染色体畸变及精子畸变为指标，观察了绞股蓝总皂甙的抗诱变作用。结果表明，绞股蓝总皂甙对环磷酰胺所致微核、染色体畸变及精子畸变均有抑制作用，并有一定程度的剂量依赖性关系。

Effects of Gypenosides (GP) on mutagenesis induced by Cyclophosphamide (CP) in mice

NIH mice were randomly divided into 5 groups(control,model,3GP groups).The treatment of mice with GP (40,80,160 mg kg-1,po) for 5 d inhibited the formation of micronucleus(MN) imduced by CP.The inhibitory rates of MN induced by CP in 3 GP groups were 18.3%,29.3%,35.0% respectively.40 NIH mice divided into 4 groups(control,model,2GP Groups).The treatment of mice with GP (40,160 mg kg-1,po)for 5 d inhibited the chromosomal aberration(CA)induced by CP.The inhibitory rates in two GP grouys were 18.6%,36.0% respectively.30 male Kun-ming mice were divided Into control.model and 3 GP groups. GP(20,40,80 mgkg-1,po) for 18 d and CP(50 mg kg-5,d 5～9,ip) were given in model and GP groups.The reeults demonstrated that GP inhibited the sperm aberration(SA) induced by CP and the inhibitory rates were 15.7%,25.3%,31.3% resnectlvely. To summarize,GP has the ability of antimutagenesis and inhibits MN,CA,SA induced by CP Dose-de-pendent manner.
