| 摘 要： | 目的探讨低剂量造影剂主动脉增强效果,以减少造影剂用量,从而减少造影剂肾病的发生。方法按体重70kg界限,交替进入正常剂量组和低剂量组,分别给予造影剂80ml和40ml,给药速度5ml/s,主动脉进行MIP,VR,CPR重建,评价血管的图像质量。结果正常剂量和低剂量造影剂主动脉成像图像质量没有统计学差异。结论40ml造影剂进行主动脉成像,可以获得满足临床需要的图像质量。
