摘    要:目的探讨中老年高血压患者脉压与心电图(ECG)异常的关系.方法2 619例中老年人年度健康体检,测血压,检查心电图,并对其中751例高血压患者进行分析.结果高血压病人群ECG异常率与非高血压人群比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);高血压人群中ECG异常者脉压差大于ECG正常者,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同脉压水平,随着脉压差的增加ECG异常率、收缩压相应增加(P<0.01),舒张压增加不明显;随着年龄的增加,收缩压增高,舒张压降低,脉压差增大,ECG异常率逐渐增加(P<0.01).结论高血压人群脉压与ECG改变相关,脉压应作为评价高血压危险度和降压效果的重要指标.

Abstract:Objective: To explore the relationship between pulse pressure and electrocardiogram (ECG) abnormality in essential middle-and-old-aged hypertensive patients. Methods: A sampling survey of blood pressure and electrocardiographic examination were performed among 2 619 middle-and-old-aged subjects and 751 essential hypertensive patients were analyzed. Results: The ratio of ECG abnormality in the hypertension group was higher than that of the normal group (P<0.05); the pulse pressure in the abnormal ECG group was higher than that in the normal ECG group; the prevalence of ECG abnormality increased with increasing pulse pressure (P<0.05); with age increasing, the level of SBP, pulse pressure and the ratio of ECG abnormality increased, but DBP decreased. Conclusion: Pulse pressure in essential hypertensive patients was related to ECG abnormality. Therefore, pulse pressure should be an important index in evaluating hypertension risk and the blood-pressure-decreasing effect.
