摘    要:探讨黄芪对脑系膜上动脉闭塞(SMAO)性休克时肺损伤的防治作用及其机制。方法复制家兔SMAO性休克模型,观察黄芪对入、出肺血及肺组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、黄嘌呤氧化酶(XO)、丙二醛(MDA)及肺表面活性物质(PS)含量的影响,观察小肠及肺的病理变化。结果静脉给予黄芪注射液可使XO及MDA含量降低,且可防止SOD和PS减少,避免了休克及肺损伤的进行性加剧。结论SMAO休克过程中伴有肺损伤。黄芪通过抗脂质过氧化能减轻或在一定程度上防止休克肺的发生和发展。

Abstract:Purpose To investigate the therapeutic and preventive effects of astragale on lung injury during superior mesenteric artery occlusion (SMAO ) shock and their mechanism of action. Methods Models of rabbits SMAO shock was made. The effects of astragale on superoxide dismutase (SOD). oxidase (XO). malondialdeyde (MDA ) and pulmonary surfactant (PS) in in-flowing and outgoing pulnonary blood (IPB,OPB) and lung tissue were observed. Results The administration of astragale could decrease XO and MDA, prevent the reduction of SOD and PS,and alleviate the lung tissue injury. Conclusions It is suggested that lung was injuried in SMAO shock and that astragle possesses therapeutic and preventive effects, through anit-lipid peroxidation.
