药物泵在防治直肠癌根治术后肝脏转移中的临床应用

目的：探讨皮下植入药物泵区域动脉灌注化疗防治直肠癌根治术后肝脏转移及其可行性。方法对22例术前、术中检查未发现肝脏转移癌灶者，皮下植入药物泵，经胃右动脉肝动脉定期区域性灌注化疗药物。结果治疗期间发现肝脏出现转移疾灶2例，发生率为9．09％，较未施用区域性动脉灌注化疗者肝转移率25％低，且差异显著。结论应用药物泵区域性灌注化疗，对防治直肠癌根治术后肝脏癌转移，效果明显，具有临床实用价值。

Clinical application of drugs-pump on preventing and treating liver-transfer after radical operation of rectum cancer

To investigate the prevention and cure of cancer transfering into liver after radical operation of rectumcarcinoma by chemical drugs being poured into certain area through artery via drugs-pump which was embedded in subcutaneous. Mtehods 22 patients without cancer cells mass transfering into liver by examination be fore operation and during operation were implanted drugs-pump in subcutaneous and chemical drugs were poured into certain area through gastric dextra artery and hepatic propria artery by it. Results During treatment,cancer transfering into liver was found in two patients,its incidence was 9. 09%,marked difference from the untaked-pump whose incidence of liver transfer was 25 %. Conclusion The effect of prophlaxia and treatment in the liver-transfer after the radical operation of recturn cancer was obvious by using the drugs-pump, it has clinical practical value.
