四手操作在口腔科应用的效益研究

目的比较四手操作与口腔医师独立操作的工作效率和经济效益,对四手操作在口腔科应用的效益进行实验分析研究。方法将2856例牙髓病病人按就诊先后时间分为四手操作组和独立操作组,并分别统计两组6个月的治疗收入、治疗人数、治疗牙次、每牙收入、每天收入、病人满意度、医生效益工资等,并将资料进行统计学分析。结果两组工作效率比较,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义;工作效益增加68.8%。结论四手操作能明显提高工作效率和经济效益,可作为口腔科人力资源的优化配置模式。

Study on the benefits of four-handed dentistry in dental practice in department of stomatology

Objective To compare the difference of efficiency and economic benefit between four-handed dentistry and dentist independent operation in dental practice in department of stomatology. Method Two thousand eight hundred and fifty six patients were divided into four-handed dentistry group and dentist independent operation group. For each group, data for six months were collected including earnings from treatment, number of patients, number of teeth treated, earnings per tooth, earnings per day, degree of patients satisfaction and dentist's bonus pay. Results There were significant differences between the two groups in terms of work benefit and efficiency. The work efficiency for the four-hand group is 68.8%, higher than that in the control group. Conclusion Four-handed dentistry can significantly improve work efficiency and economic benefits and optimize human resources for department of stomatology.
