生存质量是评估康复治疗结局的重要指标之一,不同种类的致残性疾患和不同程度的损害和障碍对生存质量有不同的影响,其相关性及相关因素在脊髓损伤患者中已有不少研究.康复医学被认为是一门能够有效地提高患者生存质量的学科,在康复治疗中改善生存质量的途径和方法已有越来越多的报道.今后生存质量的研究将朝着测评量表本土化、民族化和专项化的发展,并将努力在生存质量与残疾的构成分类之间建立联系.

Research on quality of life: implication to rehabilitation medicine

Quality of life (QOL) is an important index in assessing the outcome of rehabilitative treatment. Studies on the relationship between the status of impairment, handicap and QOL has been increasingly turning out meaningful results. Contemporary rehabilitation medicine has been regarded as a branch of medicine adding quality to life. Researchers are now interested in finding out means and approaches leading to the improvement of QOL through medical rehabilitation. Future trends for QOL studies are directing towards the development of nation - oriented or culture-oriented as well as disease/injury - oriented QOL scales. Besides, Conceptual compatibility is being sought between QOL and disablement constructs.
