| 摘 要： | Notch信号转导通路在细胞和组织的发展过程中起重要作用,主要通过与其配体的结合介导细胞间的信号传递。越来越多的证据表明Notch信号转导异常会导致很多系统疾病的发生,尤其是在心脏的形态发生过程中。文章就Notch信号转导对心脏发育的影响进行综述。

| Abstract: | The Notch pathway is one of the crucial pathways that regulate cell fates and tissue formation during development.Notch signaling mediates local cell-cell communication via interaction of the Notch receptors with a membrane-bound ligand.Accumulating evidences have suggested that aberrant Notch signaling is implicated in a variety of human diseases.In particular,Notch controls several key processes during cardiac morphogenesis.The article reviews the influence of Notch signaling on cardiac morphogenesis. |
