无症状心肌缺血联合抗凝治疗的安全性及疗效观察

目的:观察联合抗凝治疗无症状心肌缺血的临床疗效及安全性。方法:98例无症状心肌缺血患者随机分为2组,治疗组56例在常规治疗的基础上,采用低分子肝素钙、巴米尔(肠溶阿司匹林或泡腾片)、抵克立得(盐酸噻氯匹定)三联抗凝治疗。对照组42例,口服巴米尔抗血小板聚集治疗。观察治疗前后心电图、动态心电图、凝血系列指标和血液流变学参数等。结果:治疗组临床显效率及总有效率91.1%均明显高于对照组64.3%(P<0.01),心电图缺血变化和血液流变学参数明显改善,凝血系列指标无显著变化。结论:联合抗凝治疗对无症状心肌缺血患者有较好疗效及安全性。

Observation of the effect of united anticoagulation upon asymptomatic myocardial ischemia

Objective:To investigate the effect of united anticoagulation upon asymptomatic myocardial ischemia. Method: 98 patients of asymptomatic myocardial ischemia receiving baseline therapy were randomly assigned to control group and treatment group.56 patients of treatment group were required to take low molecular weibht heparin combined with bamyl and ticlopidine.42 patients of conrol gloup were required to take bamyl orally. The period of treatment was two weeks. careful observation was made before and after the treatment.Indexes of abservation were ECG,Dynamic ECG,parameter of anticoagulative system and blood rheology. Results: The effectwe rate of treatment group and control group were 91.1% and 64.3%(P<0.01). The improvements of ECG and parametes of blood rheology after treatment in treatment group were significant (P<0.01),but no significance upon parameters of anticoaglative system. Conclusion: Asymtomatic mgocardial ischemia can be treated with united anticoagulation and the therapeutic effect is satisfactory,and safe.
