Abstract:The cultivation and assessment work on high - level professionals may involve, among others, matters of understanding, methodology, starting points and their relative advantages: differential characteristics, criteria and requirements between specialties; breakthroughs in key points or areas vs comprehensiveness in all matters, big and small; priority order - permitted flexibility vs letting nothing pass unnoticed; evolutionary optimization of knowledge and assessment structure, without changing what has proved to be rational and satisfactory formats; adaptation to the new choices in diagnostic methods and therapeutic means in hospitals also as research and teaching entities besides their health services tasks; all meritorious achievements, whether they are purely academic nowadays but certainly of significance for theoretical progresses or they are new findings in applied fields, are highly valuable for development of medical productive forces.
