| Abstract: | The transformation from traditional to modern management and from extensive to intensive hospital services requires optimized organization of human resources to facilitate staff members: bring different skills, competencies, comparative advantages, and other in - kind contributions, which are well complementary to get more done on less money; proceed from reality to explore and select the operational, managerial working forms in accordance with laws of the development of health services; take into account the trend of accelerated development of medical Sci - Tech, services with high added value, and corresponding benefits; promote structural read justment, initiatives, creations, from overall interests and long - term perspectives of economic sustained, stable and coordinated development; increase the contribution of hospital services to health, well - being, ability, happiness, satisfaction, and therefore also social productive forces. |
