摘    要:1目的 探讨白血病细胞多药耐药 (MDR)基因表达与化疗效果的关系。 2方法 应用 MRK- 16和C1 2 9单克隆抗体对 2 0例急性髓细胞性白血病 (AML)进行了流式细胞术、细胞免疫化学、多聚酶链反应检查 ,并行细胞遗传学分析。 3结果  18例初、复诊病人均有 MDR表达 ,但 MDR表达与完全缓解 (CR)率无线性关系 ,化疗未完全缓解者 CD 3 4细胞增多。 4结论  MDR基因表达难估 AML 预后 ,CD 3 4细胞可作为 AML 预后的指标

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between the expression of multidrug resistance gene in leukemic cells and the result of chm otherapy. Methods Expression of P170 encoded by the MDR-1gene were investigated by FACS(MRK- 16 ) ,RT-PCR ,imm unocytochemistry(C1 2 9) and cytogenetics respectvely in 2 0 patients with acute myeloblastic leukemia. Results 18out of2 0 clinical spcimens expressed MDR-1gene products.There was no correlation between MDR-1gene expression and CR.However,we found a highier level of CD 3 4positivity in those who failed in achievement of CR after chemotherapy. Conclusion The results implied that CD 3 4,not MDR gene expression was associated with a decreased CR rate.
