PCNA在兔戴实验冠后牙龈组织中的表达

目的研究增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)在戴冠牙龈组织和正常牙龈组织中的表达 ,探讨瓷熔附金属全冠修复的生物学效果。方法采用免疫组化SP法 ,以瓷熔附金属全冠修复后建立出的家兔戴冠牙龈实验动物模型为研究对象 ,检测PCNA在戴金属烤瓷全冠 3个月组、戴金属烤瓷全冠 6个月组和不戴金属烤瓷全冠组即对照组牙龈组织中的表达。结果戴金属烤瓷全冠 3个月组与对照组PCNA有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;戴金属烤瓷全冠 6个月组与对照组PCNA无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论PCNA表达与戴冠牙龈组织炎症反应有关 ;PCNA的表达 ,不表明戴冠牙龈组织有异常增殖。

Expression of PCNA in gingiva tissue of the hare wearing experiment crows

Objective To study the expression of PCNA protein in the gray gingiva tissue and normal gingiva tissue, and to investigate the biological effect of porcelain-fused-to-metals(PFM). Methods The establishing gray gingiva tissue experiment animal model after PFM prosthesis. The PCNA protein expression in gingiva tissue of the 3th month worn PFM group?the 6th month worn PFM group ?and the no wearing PFM group (control group) were detected by immunohistochemistry SP methed. Results The expression of PCNA had significant difference between the 3th month worn PFM group and the control group(P<0.05). It had no significant difference between the 6th month worn PFM group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion There were a correlation between the expression of PCNA and inflammation of the gray gingiva tissue. The expression of PCNA protein can not indicate the gray gingiva tissue to be dysplasia.
