| 摘 要： | 探讨腰椎间盘突出症的中医病机和中医药治疗思路。认为肾虚腰惫是腰突症发病的病理基础，腰络痰瘀则是其病理核心；辨病指导下的辨证论治是中医药治疗腰突症基本思路，复法组合治疗可以提高中医药疗法的治疗效果；补肾、化瘀是腰突症中医用药的基本大法。

| Abstract: | To explore the thinking and method of TCM treatment for prolapse ot lumbar inlervertebral disc (PLID) and its pathogene-sis. The author considered that kidney - deficiency and over tiredness of lumbus is the pathogenetic basis of PLID, and the lumbar collateral obstrction and blood - stasis are essential problem. The syndrome differentiation under the guidance of disease diagnosis is the basic thinking for the treatment of PLID and combination of various measures may enhance the therapeutic effect. Kidney - invigorating and blood - stasis removing are the basic therapeutic principles for PLID. |
