微波凝固术在鼻及咽喉疾病的临床应用

目的：报道278例鼻及咽喉疾病的微波治疗效果,探讨微波在此领域的应用。方法：将278例随机分成微波治疗组：慢性肥厚性鼻炎34例,慢性颗粒性咽炎57例,鼻衄鼻粘膜糜烂52例;手术或药物治疗组（对照组）：慢性肥厚性鼻炎31例,慢性颗粒性咽炎59例,鼻衄鼻粘膜糜烂45例。结果：所选病例微波治疗组痊愈131例占91.61%,有效9例占6.29%,无效3例占2.10%。手术或药物治疗组痊愈117例占86.67%,有效12例占8.89%,无效6例占4.44%。两组疗效相比差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论：微波治疗方法简便,且治疗鼻衄病变不需要填塞鼻腔,其治疗时间短,价格便宜,尤其适用于基层医院,值得推广。

Clinical Application of Microwave Coagulation Technique in Nasal and Throat Diseases

Objective：To reported 278 cases of nasal and throat diseases with microwave treatment,to discuss the application of microwave in this area. Methods：The above cases were randomly divided into microwave treatment groups：34 cases of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis,57 cases of chronic granular pharyngitis,52 cases of epistaxis with nasal erosion. Surgery or drug treatment groups：31 cases of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis and 59 cases of chronic granular pharyn-gitis,45 cases of epistaxis with nasal erosion. Results：Selected cases of microwave treatment group,131 casess accounted for 91. 61% percent cured,effective 9 cases accounted for 6. 29% ,disable 3 cases accounted for 2. 10%. Surgery or drug treatment group,117 cases accounted for 86. 67 percent cured,effective 12 cases accounted for 8. 89% ,disable 6 cases accounted for 4. 44%. Conclusions：Microwave treatment method is simple,and the treatment of epistaxis lesion does not require filling the nasal cavity,the two groups was statistically significant difference compared efficacy,P 0. 05. The treatment time is short,cheap,especially for basic hospitals. It is worth promoting.
