| 摘 要： | 最近的一些随机试验表明,新鲜桡骨远端骨折采用Norian骨骼修复系统(SRS),即磷酸钙骨水泥治疗,其临床效果优于常规方法,而且术后疼痛减轻。关于再移位骨折的小型研究发现:采用磷酸钙骨水泥握力和活动度恢复加快,但不同方法间的疼痛没有差异。对再移位骨折还需要进行更大型的研究。

| Abstract: | Results from recent randomized trials show that fixation of acute distal radial fractures with Norian Skeletal Repair System (SRS)cement provides better clinical results and less posttreatment pain than conventional treatment. Small trials of redisplaced fractures suggest that Norian SRS may provide accelerated recovery of grip strength and mobility, but show no difference in pain between treatments. Larger trials of redisplaced fractures are needed. |
