| 摘 要： | 本文通过对９７例恶性肿瘤患者及５０例正常人的血清唾液酸含量进行测定分析，血清唾液酸含量在恶性肿瘤患者有明显增高，手术后明显降低。提示血清唾液酸是恶性肿瘤的一种非特异性标志物，它可以用于癌症的普查、诊断、疗效的动态观察，是判断恶性肿瘤预后的辅助指示。

| Abstract: | The contents of Serum Sialic Acid were measured in the sera of 97 cancer patients and 50 healthy persons.The results showed Serum Sialic Acid content in cancer patients is significantly higher than that in healthy persons and the Serum Sialic Acid content decreased greatly after operation.This fact indicates that Serum Sialic Acid is a nonspecific marker.It can be used in investigation,diagnoses and dynamic observation of the curative effects of cancers.It is an auxiliary indicator of the prognosis of cancers. |
